Vapor Tech offers two LTAVD batch coating systems designed to address a range of production environment and coating needs:

VT-3000
The VT-3000 offers high-capacity batch coating capabilities with best-in-class production throughput and reliability. The VT-3000 has a large chamber capacity and its center-mounted arc source configuration ensures efficient throughput for high volume production applications.

VT-1500
Designed for mid-sized coating operations, the VT-1500 shares its configuration and superior coating capabilities with the larger VT-3000, but with a smaller chamber capacity. Like all Vapor Tech coating systems, the VT-1500 is engineered to the highest quality standards to achieve maximum uptime and reliability.

Vapor Tech batch coating systems feature a graphical user interface with touch-screen and push-button controls that make the system easy to operate. The user interface design supports fast training for production personnel and ease of use during production operation.
